I’ve been going to this location for years, always a big tipper and I got to say today was a complete **** show of a lazy, rude, petty and an unprofessional experience. Is this a new team at this location? Because if this is a sign of things to come I won’t be back

Wish I could give a minus five stars. Very poor service. Tried reserving online and site wouldn’t let me. Went there and 2 people in front. Waited and right when my turn free stylist went on break. Waited longer then when my turn they took someone before me saying he checked in earlier and left. His name was not on board. Will not go back!
